Present is important

Most of the time we will worry about what will happen in the future and waste our present life. We have to live for the present. That's the key for the successful living. Living for the present will make us use our full concentration, potential in what we do. This will help us to succeed in whatever we do.

I took one of the new year resolution is waking up early. Today I got up at 6 AM. This gave me lot of peacefullness. I woke up right away from bed without any hesitation. I normally put off my alarm and go to sleep again but today I succeeded in waking up. I'm really happy.

I did meditation for 5 minutes. Then I read My experiments with truth by Gandhiji for 1;30 hrs and then got ready and came to office. Today I'm really very fresh. I want every day to be this.
